Initiate Your Request
Log into your Scitron account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the original, unworn items with all Scitron tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
